Where:	The Alaska Zoo 4731 O'Malley Road Anchorage, AK 99507
What:	The popular “Wildlife Wednesdays” free science lectures are moving from the Library to the Zoo Gateway Building! The series will begin on October 14, with lectures held every second Wednesday through April 2010. The Gateway snack and espresso bar opens at 6pm, lectures begin at 7pm. A topic-related youth activity will be held in the downstairs classroom. Lectures are free to the public, zoo grounds closed. November 11 & December 9 lectures feature optional behind-scenes visits ($9/person). Contact the Zoo Education Department at 346-2858 or klarson@alaskazoo.org for details.
